RENEW

In order to stick with the name Tin Shui Wai Park, I would like to use the wordings as elements. I would use the water-related sceneries and facilities to create the effects that link to elements like Sky and Water, corresponding to the name Tin and Shui. Also,I would use a blue coloured tone and water-related construction materials as my key design elements. I hope to continue the original design concept of Tin Shui Wai which is connecting nature and the urban environment. Beside, the urban development of Tin Shui Wai has already sabotaged the natural environment and habitats. In my design, it is hoped that the damage caused to the ecosystem can be minimized, hence, a lot of green facilities would be used. With the implementation of green facilities like solar panels, green walls, green roofs, and rain gardens, Tin Shui Wai can have sustainable development. In my planning, the nodes of Tin Shui Wai Park would be the most populated areas in Tin Shui Wai, these centre areas would market and sustainable theme. This areas would be mainly for fairs, resting zones, tourist spots, and parks. This design is hoped to bring more diversity to spatial planning and maintain a high population flow in these two nodes in the future.
