Hi, I’m Lucy. As a product design student, I focus on user-centered and emotional design, aiming to build meaningful bridges between people and products through deep user insights. My greatest strength lies in team collaboration and project management. In interdisciplinary settings, where design concepts and technical constraints often clash, I excel at empathizing with different roles. By understanding diverse perspectives, I smoothly transform conflicts into constructive discussions, ensuring total team alignment. Moving forward, I hope to design products with "warmth" that truly resonate with users.

The global rise in abandoned pets reveals a critical gap between the idealized view of pet ownership and its long-term responsibilities. Traditional education fails to prepare owners for the financial costs and daily care involved. PETPACT addresses this through a lightweight esay-to-use board game that transforms these responsibilities into interactive learning for families and schools. Suitable for ages 6+and above it stimulates real-life pet ownership scenarios in under an hour, helping reduce financial concerns support classroom education, and give teenagers a realistic understanding of pet care.

By combining education with engagement, PETPACT teaches that pets are lifelong family members, not temporary companions, promoting more informed and responsible ownership.
