"My name is Sherman, Wong Wai Sing. I am a student of Product Design in Thei. I'm interested in design. I usually pay attention to designs related to daily life. I am honored to have had design works successfully featured in the school graduation exhibition in the past and also enjoyed the design process. I hope to contribute to the design community in the future. I would like to participate in discussions and exhibitions on design-related topics to broaden my knowledge."

This project was inspired by an encounter with two stray cats seeking shelter on a rainy day at Tai Po Waterfront Park, highlighting the urgent need for safe spaces for stray animals during harsh weather.

Public compassion is growing through temporary shelters and community support and some overseas communities have integrated stray animals into public spaces.

As the stray cat population is expected to gradually decline over the coming decades, the design also considers adaptability for different stages. This product aims to enhance the welfare of TNR cats, improve their quality of life, and promotes a more humane coexistence between animals and urban communities.
