Hi. I’m Laurence. As a citizen in urban Hong Kong, I enjoy gather with different ideas from diverse stakeholders. Through the learning of Landscape profession, I understand the amazing design is connecting with our user's soul. After the well prepared, it’s time to create an urban oasis in real life. Step forward with world cities.

Based on the rich background of the Aberdeen area. I believe the typhoon shelters is an iconic landmark of the Southern area of Hong Kong. I highly hope the typhoon element can turn into land art, presented in another way. I create patterns by the typhoon curves inside the circle traffic road and the surrounding place. The most interesting design is the middle waterfall pavilion that represents the typhoon eye.

According to history in 1950, along the waterfronts of Aberdeen Wu Nam Street there were more than 10 floating restaurants. Tai Pak was the biggest one. So I extend the promenade platform to the seaside and a big floating jetty. Aiming to create a fresh vibe for the city area and Hong Kong society.
